How can we improve the retail experience?

User testing helped us validate assumptions, understand real-world needs, and identify opportunities for improvement before investing in development.I organized workshops and usability testing sessions with users and key stakeholders, both in person and remotely.
Using Maze, I collected and analyzed usability insights, including interaction patterns and areas of friction. I documented user feedback and tracked key findings in Notion, using them to prioritize improvements and iterate quickly on the product.
Working closely with retail professionals also gave me direct access to their day-to-day challenges. These conversations helped us ground design decisions in real operational needs rather than assumptions.
